If you’d prefer, once you've finished cooked your pasta or gnocchi, add your sauce into your warm pot/pan and toss your cooked pasta 🍝
Boil: Add to water at a rolling boil. They will float to the top when cooked, scoop 'em out with a slotted spoon.
Pan Fried: Add 50/50 oil to butter ratio in a nonstick pan. Add gnocchi and flip when it releases, dont try to force them off.
Your pot needs to be a ROLLING BOIL. You wanna see big bubbles.
Cook for 90 seconds (tops!). If the pasta has been sitting a while it may be sticky on the bottom. Break it apart gently with chopsticks.
Put that bad boy in a 200C oven uncovered for 35-40 minutes.
Double check all your pasta is cooked by putting a butter knife in the middle of your Lasanga. If you feel no resistance as your knife goes through, you’re good to go.
